What It Means

MedCrit is a metric that measures the level of support required for Helldivers on a planet. It ranges from 0 to 1.

The score is calculated based on several factors: absolute and relative mortality rates, the rate of deterioration, and the intensity of reinforcement consumption. Each result falls into one of the following categories: resort, control, problematic, tough, slaughter.

Since this metric uses cumulative data, it may vary depending on the time window selected. Time windows of 5 minutes, 15 minutes, and 30 minutes are available. Shorter time windows provide an immediate snapshot of survival rates in the Galactic War, while longer time windows allow for a more strategic assessment of the situation.

Examples: On Oshaune, MedCrit reached 0.864 during the entire campaign window from October to November 2025. On Cyberstan, MedCrit was 0.788 during the entire campaign window from 10 to 20 February 2026.

Medicdivers can use these statistics to minimize casualties and assist Helldivers where support is needed most.
